MISSION
The mission of the Palmetto Ridge Orchestra & Choir Boosters is to support the hard work and growth of our Orchestra & Choir students and their director by providing organizational and financial assistance through parental involvement. As a 501(c)3 organization, all contributions to the Booster Club are tax deductible.
What Do We Do?
The Palmetto Ridge High School Orchestra & Choir Booster Club exists to enhance the educational and musical journey of our students. We work hand-in-hand with the orchestra and choir director to provide the resources and support needed to create a rewarding, enriching, and inspiring experience for every student involved. Our mission is rooted in promoting musical growth and excellence—both in and out of the classroom.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we bring together parents, grandparents, alumni, and community members who are passionate about the arts and committed to helping our students thrive. Whether through fundraising, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, our members help ensure the continued success of Palmetto Ridge's outstanding music program.
Services Provided
The Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting the orchestra and choir program through a variety of services, including:
Financial Support – We raise funds to cover expenses for sheet music, instruments, travel, concert attire, and more.
Expert Engagements – We sponsor visits by professional musicians, clinicians, and instructors to provide students with valuable learning opportunities.
Community Connections – We help connect our music programs with the broader community through events, performances, and outreach efforts.
Volunteer Assistance – From helping at concerts to organizing fundraisers, we provide hands-on support throughout the year.
Our efforts help create an environment where students can grow not only as musicians but as confident, collaborative individuals.

Joining the Palmetto Ridge Orchestra & Choir Boosters is simple—and meaningful. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, alum, or a supporter of the arts, there’s a place for you in our organization. No musical background is needed—just a willingness to help and a belief in the power of music education.

Attend a booster meeting or school performance

Volunteer Information
All individuals interested in volunteering for the Palmetto Ridge Orchestra & Choir Program and Booster organization must submit a volunteer application before they can begin volunteering. The application can be found in the below forms. Once you have completed your application, please contact the PRHS Activities Office by emailing Mrs. Taylor Clawson at clawst@collierschools.com.
Returning volunteer’s should make sure they have renewed their volunteer paperwork by either clicking on the link in the email sent to them by Raptor Systems or by clicking on the volunteer application below.
